HOUSING VOUCHERS

🏡 HUD-VASH — Permanent Housing

HUD-VASH (Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing) combines a Section 8 housing voucher with VA case management and clinical services. This is one of the strongest paths to permanent housing for veterans.

To get started, contact the Denver VA Medical Center at 303-399-8020 and ask about HUD-VASH eligibility. You must be VA healthcare eligible and experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

💡 Tip: Even if you're not sure you qualify, call and ask. Eligibility for VA healthcare has expanded, and case workers can help you navigate the process.
