HUD-VASH (Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing) combines a Section 8 housing voucher with VA case management and clinical services. This is one of the strongest paths to permanent housing for veterans.
To get started, contact the Denver VA Medical Center at 303-399-8020 and ask about HUD-VASH eligibility. You must be VA healthcare eligible and experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

VOA Colorado operates veteran-specific housing programs in Denver including transitional housing, permanent supportive housing, and the SSVF (Supportive Services for Veteran Families) program — which provides rapid rehousing, financial assistance, and case management.
